Distinctive Ltd. have a good working relationship with Marshalls Building Contractors, and worked closely with them to deliver this multimillion pound scheme. The Plastering element of the works involves metal frame partitioning, plastering, internal rendering and fire protection.

This historic building called Standard House, once the home of Standard Fireworks, transformed into 100 bedroom student accommodation. Offices and the new student Letting Agency.
